We will feature two models for our full size cab hi truck cap lines - the PCC-255, dual clamp down and the PCR-255, ErgoRack® that incorporates a rotating single drop on one side and clamp down on the other.

Aluminum construction eliminates the problem of rust. Stainless steel hardware is used for all connections and non-metallic bushings are used to eliminate the potential for bi-metal corrosion. Aluminum extrusions offer a high strength to weight ratio. Lightweight aluminum promotes fuel savings and increases vehicle productivity. Prime Design Aluminum Ladder Racks carry a 3 year unlimited mileage warranty from Prime Design.
With the PCC-255, dual clamp model the ladders are loaded on the rack and clamped to prevent movement during transportation. The total load capacity is 150 pounds.
The PCR-255 features a single rotating rack loader which accommodates loading and unloading a ladder from the side. Using the telescoping handle the ladder rotates to the top resting position; reverse the procedure to unload. On the other side is a clamp down assembly. The total load capacity is 75 pounds.
Prime Design offers an easily configurable system designed to serve unique needs. You can combine a Rotation Rack, Clamp Down assembly, strobe light mounting brackets, Auto Clamp System[1], clamp down bar for short ladders, and conduit tube. Recognizing needs change over time, all Prime Design upgrade features can be added at anytime.

[1] Prime Design’s Auto-Clamping system eliminates the need to use Velcro straps or tie-downs to secure ladders. It is completely automatic and requires no secondary action by the operator.
