The PCC-255 is a dual Quick Clamp model. The ladders are loaded on the rack and clamped to prevent movement during transportation. Each Quick Clamp assembly can handle ladders up to 75 pounds making the total ladder capacity for the rack 150 pounds.[1]

The PCR-255 features a single Rotation rack assembly which accommodates loading and unloading a ladder from the side, with the operator standing on the ground. An easy pull of the telescoping handle rotates the ladder to the top stowed position. The operator simply reverses the procedure to unload. The other side features a Quick Clamp assembly. The Rotation and Quick Clamp assemblies can handle ladders up to 75 pounds each.[1]
Prime Design offers easily configurable systems designed to serve unique needs. You can for example, combine a Rotation Rack, Quick Clamp assembly, Auto Clamp System[2], strobe light bracket, a 3rd crossbar to accommodate a short ladder on the Quick Clamp side, and conduit tube. Recognizing needs change over time, all Prime Design upgrade features can be added at anytime.

[1] Total load capacity is dependent upon the load capacity specifications of both the vehicle and cap manufacturer.
[2] Prime Design’s Auto-Clamping system eliminates the need to use Velcro straps or tie-downs to secure ladders. It is completely automatic and requires no secondary action by the operator.
